Freak'n Art Studio — Classes & Workshops

Freak'n Art is a small, independent studio powered by a community of local and guest artists. Last-minute cancellations have a real impact — not just on us, but on the guest artists who order supplies, prepare materials, and plan their time specifically for you.

If you find yourself unable to attend, please consider gifting your spot to a friend or family member. If that's not possible, know that your registration directly supports our studio, our artists, and the local arts community — and we're grateful for that.

Classes & Workshops

If We Cancel

If a class or workshop is canceled by Freak'n Art due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full 100% refund to your original form of payment. We will notify you as soon as possible and do our best to reschedule when we can.

DIY Studio Time

Space is extremely limited at Freak'n Art. There is a non-refundable $10 per person reservation fee for DIY studio time. This fee will be credited to your chosen project once you arrive.

We will hold your spot for up to 15 minutes after your reservation time. After that, your space will be forfeited to someone on our waitlist. If available, we will fit you in later that day.

Art Return Policy

Freak'n Art Studio — Original Art & Prints

We are confident you are going to love your new piece. Art has a way of surprising you — sometimes a work you were drawn to in the studio becomes even more meaningful once it's on your wall, in your light, in your space. We want you to have the chance to live with it.

That's why we offer a return window for original art — so you can bring it home, sit with it, and know for certain it's the one. We believe in the work our artists create, and we believe you'll feel that too.

If you have any questions before purchasing — about size, color, framing, or anything else — we're always happy to help. Just reach out before you buy and we'll make sure you find exactly the right piece.

To be eligible for a return, the artwork must be in the same condition as when you received it — unused and in its original packaging. Your receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Giclée prints
  • Limited edition prints
  • Note cards
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or not what you expected. We'll do our best to make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange a piece is to return the original item and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new work.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the payment. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please get in touch.

How to Start a Return

Email us at hellofreaknart@gmail.com to request a return. Please do not send items back without first contacting us — unrequested returns will not be accepted. We'll provide you with return instructions and a shipping address once your return is approved.

Please note that the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
